Each piece is carefully prepared before shipment.

Made-to-order / custom items: Sample garments are released within 7 days; the finished product is ready one month after size confirmation.

Processing time may vary during holidays or promotional periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package at any time.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

If there is any issue with sizing or your order experience, please contact us first — we’ll do our best to help find a suitable solution.

After-Sales Policy:
To ensure the health and hygiene of all pets, custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange without a specific reason.

If you discover any quality issues upon receipt, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide a complete unboxing video.
